THRIVE in the Workplace is a wellness and readiness initiative offering training opportunities and resources for current and future employees through direct delivery, virtual workshops, and an app available on both iOS and Android devices.

Our workshops provide highly valuable insights around the unique stresses and workplace demands particularly relevant to frontline customer service and client care employees.

Topics are covered in an interactive format using the Zoom platform and include opportunities for group collaboration, reflection, and other peer-to-peer interactions. This format reinforces key concepts while providing participants with specific tools for dealing with sector-specific stresses and common workplace demands.

There are many benefits to supporting your employees in their personal wellness. A primary theme of our THRIVE in the Workplace initiative is reducing staff stress and building upon their coping strategies. Everyone wins when your employees have the tools and knowledge needed to be successful and to stay well.
