Additional Information

  • Overview

A+E Technical Mentors will support students as they learn to code using Swift. They will be paired with 1-5 students who they will consult virtually (over phone, email, and Zoom) between the hours of 9:00am - 3:30pm. A typical mentorship commitment is approximately 2-4 hours per week. They will also, if possible, attend live and/or virtual events related to A+E.

A+E Technical Mentors will check in regularly with the A+E Project Manager regarding student progress, attendance, and challenges. They will be paid an honorarium for their coaching time.

If you are interested in filling a mentorship role, please reach out to Noah Carpenter at noahc@careereducationcouncil.ca.
